Orders and Shipping
We cooperate with the General Post Office and the ELTA Courier.
The next business day from the day of your order, unless you are on an island or in an inaccessible area (as defined by the courier is the area in which there is no General Post Office store) in which case you will receive within 3 business days.
Shipping products is free.
Cash on delivery service costs 3 euros.
Payment is made via PayPal or Viva Payments and is 100% secure.
If you need to change an item
Changes and returns
If for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, you wish to change the product with another, you can call us at 2130386733 or send us an email at info@e-ties.gr. You tell us the new product you want and we send it to you at your own expense. Also, within 14 days, if you want a refund, notify us by phone or email, send us the product and we will refund your money within 3 working days of receiving the product from us. Also, there is no charge.
In case an error occurs and you do not receive the product you had ordered, inform us at 2130386733 or at info@e-ties.gr, we will locate the product you wanted and we will send it to you with an order to receive the wrong product. In this case you just have the product packaged for shipment and the courier brings the new one and receives the old one.
In the unfortunate case that you receive a defective product, inform us at 2130386733 or at info@e-ties.gr and we will replace it with another one. In this case the courier brings the new one and receives the old one, which you will have packaged.
